Members of our City to Sea Travel Network Journey of a Mentor Agent program have been hand selected from our most experienced Executive Agents, each of whom have a proven track record in their own business success. These experienced Mentor Agents are paired with our new Apprentice Agents to teach them everything they know about how to become a successful agent!
Mentor Agents are able to take their earnings to the next level by not only earning maximum commissions on their own bookings but also earning a monthly mentorship fee as well as additional commission splits on their apprentice's joint sales.
